Cynthia Hobbs, BA, is finance director for the Department of Health Care Policy. She manages the finance team and oversees grants management and compliance for the department’s research portfolio of close to $20 million in federal and nonfederal sponsored research funding. She has 20 years' experience in financial administration and is a Certified Research Administrator.
