Over 100 individuals reside in the offices of the Department of Health Care Policy. One-quarter of these are faculty members, including core faculty and clinical faculty who have secondary appointments here and who work closely with HCP on collaborative projects. Trainees, including postdoctoral fellows and graduate students, comprise another quarter. The other half of the department is made up of staff, one-half of whom are statistical programmers, analysts, and data managers, and the other half of whom are project directors, research assistants, IT professionals, and finance and research administrators.

FACULTY

HCP core faculty members have primary research appointments in the Department of Health Care Policy. Affiliated faculty have secondary or part- time appointments in the department.

STAFF

The department is centrally managed in the areas of finance, IT, and overall department administration. Multiple research groups employ a variety of staff, including programmers and biostatisticians, data managers, project directors, research assistants, and coordinators.
