On Thursday, June 28th, the United States Supreme Court decided to uphold the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act, the 2010 health care reform law. HCP’s Michael Chernew, PhD was interviewed by Harvard Medical School journalist, Jake Miller, and Chernew said, “The Affordable Care Act, as upheld by the Supreme Court, provides a basic framework for reforming the health care system.” He also said that “The challenge for the nation now is to make that vision a reality, which is by no means a simple task.” To read more about Chernew’s interview with Miller, please read the article in full.  Also, furthur coverage is available from the Harvard Gazette.
