Barbara J. McNeil, MD, PhD, Ridley Watts Professor of Health Care Policy and founding head of HCP, was comoderator of the discussion session “Health Care Reform: Myth and Reality,” at the Harvard Alumni Association meeting at the end of March. The meeting, “Global Series: Canada,” was cosponsored by Harvard Clubs of Canada. In addition to the session on health care policy, the meeting featured an address by Derek Bok, interim president of Harvard University, as well as sessions on various topics, including Multiculturalism, Immigration, and Social Integration; the Challenge of Human Rights in an Age of Terrorism; and The New International Lawyer.
