Alex joined HMS/HBS from L.E.K. Consulting's Life Sciences Practice. Engagements at L.E.K. included supporting a $1.4 billion transformative acquisition in the research/clinical tools arena, and the strategic assessment of recruiting practices at a leading health care nonprofit organization. As a biochemistry major at Harvard College, Alex performed molecular biology research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Alex is currently a member of the Business Development team at Biogen Idec. His interests in health care include biotech, pharma, consulting, and financing.
