Developed by Ronald Kessler, the World Health Organization Health and Work Performance Questionnaire (HPQ) serves to evaluate the quality of health services for employees in order to better inform employer health care purchasing. The instrument itself is being used widely in corporations around the United States to better determine the needs of employee health care.
